Ride around with the truck to place tables, chairs, tents, traffic control and other supplies.

Plaza Set Up: retrieve tables, chairs and other supplies from storage and setup on the plaza. Stage Setup: move the stage from storage to the courthouse grounds and place it for the band, this requires people that can lift very heavy stage pieces. VIP setup: retrieve supplies for the VIP tent from storage and place tables chairs and coolers with ice, also erect the VIP tents themselves and attache water weights.

Prepare required waterweights for tent setup. Includes sitting and filling weights from a hose. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Erect tents for sponsors and special guests and attach waterweights.

Retrieve kid zone supplies from storage and place the games on the footprint in their designated space. No heavy lifting.

Assist the electrical lead on placing spider boxes, cords, and work with vendors to coordinate hookup of electrical. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Chat with vendors, bring them water or ask if they need a bathroom break. This position will need to be background checked and thus must be committed to for at least 6 weeks.

Man the information booth providing assistance to people needing information or directions, possibly sell swag, coordinate the alcohol monitor sign in out process and coordinate parking sign tear down.

Monitor vendor entrance to the footprint after the event. Make sure that they are following the rules and keep out the general public.

Collapse the tents erected for sponsors, other special guests and the VIP tent and move to the curb. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Ride with the truck to pick up tents, tables, traffic control and other supplies for the truck.

Collapse the stage and place back on the cart and return to storage. Must be able to lift 75lbs.

Clean and collapse tables, stack chairs, and return to storage with any other supplies from the plaza.

Assist Electrical lead with the removal and storage of all electrical related equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Remove, organize and return to storage all kids zone games and equipment.
